5. Backup your databases securely.
6. Consider any databases we host as "just a copy" of your data.
7. Download important E-mail to your local computer
8. Back up E-mail securely.
9. Consider any E-mail we store as "just a copy" of your important E-mail.
10. Contact us about backups if for any reason you can't follow Rules 1-9.

We can provide off-site backups; the fee depends on how much and how often you need to backup.
